Wolfgang Studios is an independent video production company founded by Lorimer Macandrew and Calum Mitchell. It exists to provide high-level video production to organisations across the UK.

Prior to founding Wolfgang Studios, Lorimer and Calum were responsible for Video at the Royal Scottish National Orchestra – handling everything from concert livestreams for ClassicFM, to animated films for BBC Alba, to the filming of recording sessions for Walt Disney Imagineering, Netflix, and Ubisoft, and working closely with industry talent including Nicola Benedetti, Zeb Soanes, and James Cosmo.

After finishing our four-year tenure at the Orchestra, we founded Wolfgang Studios to continue doing the work we enjoyed the most. We’re based in Glasgow, Scotland – but work across the UK, and are fortunate to be good friends with a talented network of creative freelancers – from camera operators, to editors, to animators. The name Wolfgang is a nod to the industry in which we first met and started working together, and an homage to possibly the finest and most prolific artist yet.
